Absolutely tragic. Not sure what’s going on here with all the 5 star reviews. Atmosphere was a hellish nightmare, the food took over an hour to come out, and was ice cold when it finally arrived. Flavour was 2/10 at best but maybe Armenian food just isn’t my thing. Would’ve helped if it was at least warm. My coffee tasted like bad instant coffee (although at least it was hot). I actually can’t recall having a more disappointing meal in my entire life. I suggest passing on this one.

Can feel the freshness on the first bite!Amazing food and extremely delicious!Had khachapuri, khinkali and pork chops, all great.Very friendly owner. Will definetly come back to try try the other dishes!Armenian coffee is strong and flavourful! Kvas is good as well.

Oh man. Do yourselves a favour and come here. The service was OUTSTANDING - super friendly, warm, and personable, and all of our questions about the menu were patiently answered. The food was great and very reasonably priced. A super unassuming location with seating on the second floor. A must-try, and we will be returning whenever we are in the area!

The food was nice, we enjoyed the meal. The staff were super nice, they prepared the food and send it upstairs by an elevator. The biggest problem was that the dining area was filled with smoke which came from grilling in the kitchen. I would try the food again but definitely for a take out. The chicken was tasty and tender, Lahmajoun had a sour taste to it which was not bad but it was strong.

We had lamajun, beef kebab, and cheese cake. They were pretty tasty but it takes ~20min to get the food. We will come back to try different food for sure

We ate here two years ago while traveling around BC and still say this was one of the most delicious meals we've EVER had. What a hidden gem !You'll never regret eating here.Andrew & Jo*posting now in 2023 but this review was from our visit in 2021. Totally forgot to write a review back then.*

As others have commented.. WOW! What an exceptional spot. Delicious home made food, awesome baked goods, and a lovely couple running the joint. There is some outdoor seating and seating inside.

The food and service here are absolutely fantastic. The man who runs the place is always so kind and friendly and has a huge smile whenever I see him. The food they made is fantastic. The bread is super thin and crispy but also stretchy too. The chicken was super moist and very flavourful as well.I have to say my favorite part though was the dessert. The napolean cake is made with light crispy pastry layers surrounding layers of cloud like sweet cream. It's SO good.Lastly, the food elevator is very novel and kind of fun.

So delicious!!! The lamajoun pizza is so good with meat and thin crust. The lamb soup was flavourful with a generous amount of meat and veggies. I can’t wait to come back and try more items. They can get quite busy and if your getting take out better to call ahead.
