As a vegetarian there is a lot of options but they aren't as savory as their omnivore counterparts. The pita with cheese and the baklawa are the best by far, the tea with mint is great too

Very good food and friendly staff. For me, the Chicken Tarator appetizer really stood out. The waiter told me that the Chicken Taouck recipe was the same for 40 plus years. I can see why, it was fantastic. Highly recommend it. Be careful when ordering, everything looks good and tastes even better. Ordered too much food and didn't have any room for desert. It's a shame, they looked amazing.

Our second time to this restaurant. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was very very busy busy the staff were very pleasant although quite slow to eventually take our order. Our waiter was able to recommend the right number of dishes for us all to share and eat. The food is really lovely and fresh although I think I remember the last time we were here that the pita breads were warm out of the oven whereas this time we were handed Pita Breads in what looked like a supermarket plastic bag. There was slight mix up with my dad's dessert order the waiter brought him the wrong dessert knowingly and asked him whether he'd like the other one he brought or the one he originally ordered and when my dad asked for his original dessert there was no issue the waiter took it away and brought him back the correct one after 5 or so minutes.

Came here for my birthday with my partner and was extremely disappointed with the service. Our waitress completely forgot about us and my partner had to go near the kitchen area to call for our second course and cheque twice. The second course took 45 minutes to arrive after our first course without any explain from our waitress. We were hungry and irritated the entire night, worst service I have experienced in Montreal especially in a nicer restaurant like this. It wasn’t even a busy night and only half the tables indoors were occupied… The food is good and the atmosphere is great, hopefully the service does justice next time…

I was very excited to try the “Syrian/Armenian” food but unfortunately was left very disappointed. Food tasted either very salty, blunt or canned. Can’t say any of it tasted authentic at all. Staff was friendly, and the ambiance was nice hence the 2 stars.

Positive points:-Food tasted great-Food was colourful-Easy to share plates-Good selection of wine and spirits. They have a sommelier.-They have two standing tables for you to wait for a seated place.-Service timing was adequate.-Close to a subway (public transportation).Negative points:-Ordering a cocktail that does not figure in the menu was challenging.Neutral points:-Busy restaurant, big lineup, no reservations for dinner (possible for lunch). Get there early. We were a group of four and got to the restaurant by car at 17:50. Metered parking was easy to find. We waited 10 minutes at the standing table for a seated place. Upon ordering our cocktail, I had already went ahead and asked the bartender if he had vermouth. He showed me two bottles. I had already spotted the Amermelade so, I ordered from the waitress an Americano spritz (Amermelade version) and seeing her confused expression I explained to her what it was consisted of and that it was served in a highball glass. Her answer was that they already had their version of a spritz made with Amermalade and it was served in an old fashioned. I said that this wasn't the one I wanted but the one I asked for. She went ahead and I overheard her ask someone else about it and the answer was put 2oz of each. Knowing the drink would then cost more than what I asked for, I asked the waitress to confirm what I had heard and I reinstated that I wanted an Americano spritz that had 1oz of each spirit, Amermelade and vermouth which I specified being the Desrochers D one (organic honey vermouth from Ferme-Neuve, Quebec). She left and then came back to ask me if I wanted it in a highball, which is what I had asked at the very start. Once the cocktails arrived, the service and attitude got better.A friend of ours knew the Syrian and Armenian food very well and ordered for the four of us. He picked everything right and we were delighted. His only remark was that there were some plates that were not as authentic as they should be.Overall, a good night and tasteful dinner. I would come back.

Amazing food with fantastic service! Dishes were super flavourful and worked great with one another. We asked the server to guide us in ordering and prepare several courses together, and they delivered well. The wine pairings were great too. Service was super kind, and the price was awesome. Will definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

Authentic well executed dishes and very friendly service.I loved the fact that all dishes are available in small or large portions. We had taboulé (excellent), fatouche, hummus, and falafel (excellent) , Kebbe Naye and Armenian sausages to start and then had the schiche tawuk and the Kefta. The waiter helpfully saved us from ordering too much. They have a truly amazing natural French wine selection (a bit pricey) with every region very well represented and some hard to find wines a work of a passionate sommelier.
